Preparing Integral Leaders of Tomorrow (PILOT)

Irrespective of where you are in your leadership journey, PILOT has relevance. So whether you are a young leader finding your path or a seasoned CEO needing to revisit your leadership authenticity, attending a PILOT experience can help.

PILOT is targeted at groups, either within your company, NGO, NPO or church. The course can be condensed over three days, or over a longer period providing space for practical application, learning and coaching.

Some of the 17 modules we cover are Focus; Vision Casting; Communication; Conflict Management; Organisational Congruence; Change vs Transition; Execution; Innovation and Leadership Pain.

For a full outline of the modules please contact us.

The PILOT programme is one of the foundations of LeaderGrow. Ask yourself the following questions:

  1. Why do current leaders continue to let us down?
  2. Where will the next generation of leaders arise from?
  3. When will these leaders arise?
  4. What type of leaders will these be?
  5. Who is equipping these leaders to make a difference in our world?
  6. What will our leaders of tomorrow look like?
Preparing Integral Leaders of Tomorrow

“There is nothing as elusive as leadership. All the money in the world can make your rich, all the power in the world can make you strong, but these things can never make you a leader. You can inherit a fortune but never leadership. Yet there is no greater need in our twenty first century world than effective, competent leadership. Our greatest challenge is that of a leadership vacuum. The number one need all over the globe today, is not money, social programs or even new governments. It is quality, moral, disciplined, principle-centred leadership.

We need true leadership in our government, businesses, schools, civic institutions, youth communities, religious organisations, homes, and in every arena of our life – including the disciplines of law, medicine, science, sports, and the media. Yet the search for genuine leadership is becoming more difficult.” (Dr Myles Munroe – The Spirit of Leadership)
